Open Calls
MINI periodically has open calls and posts them here on this page and on our social media.

Submissions
You don't have to wait for an open call! Do you think your miniature artwork is good enough to be included in our collection? It probably is and we would love to have it. Preference is given to artworks that are smaller than 4" X 4". Nothing beyond 6" in any direction (including a frame) can be considered.

If you submit a two-dimensional artwork for inclusion in our collection, it does not have to be framed. Our Framing and Installation Dept will review each unframed piece to determine how we should display the piece.  (No frame color or styles can be requested.) 

Two-dimensional pieces can be mailed directly to Framing and Installations, MINI Museum, 1204 Wakefield Road, Flourtown, PA 19031.  

Please note, MINI is not able to purchase any artworks. All submissions to the permanent collection must be donated and all donations are final.  

Special Note for Photographs: If you would like to donate a photograph, we can print it for you on archival Epson paper. Please email your image to us and make sure it is 300 dpi and sized to be within our guidlines. We take .jpegs or photoshop files. Within your email, please include your name as you want it to appear, the artwork title and the artwork print size. Biographies and artist statements are encouraged but not required.

MINI is a non profiting institution, not to be confused with a non-profit.  We operate at a loss and appreciate any and all financial contributions. Please email us for inquiry

Volunteers
We periodically put out calls for volunteers for preparing exhibits, curatorial proposals and helping with workshops. If you would like to be added to the volunteer list, please email us at minimuseumphilly@gmail.com with the subject "Volunteering". If you have a specific function you'd like to work on, please also include that.
